Wow, what a rush this past week has been for all involved in broomball. From playoff teams being announced late last Saturday night to Friday night’s championship, 64 teams were narrowed down to one champion – the Pirate Sheep – through the course of 64 hard-fought playoff games.

This will be the last power rankings of the year, heading into the final day before the overall championship. All eight teams are ranked in order of their perceived chance at a championship. Instead of taking just records/GF/GA into consideration, strength of opponent is a major factor. All the recent smack talk has been great! After much anticipation and a short delay, here are the power rankings heading into the round of 32. Since only 32 teams remain, the rankings are only the top 10 teams now, with honorable mentions after that. Another way to look at these rankings is in terms of the odds of them winning a championship. I think this order accurately reflects those odds. Let the debating begin!
